Students at Orskov Yard
This week 9th grade students from a local school focus on the maritime business in Frederikshavn.
Our Sales Manager Martin Christensen and Apprentice Coordinator Anette H. Sørensen educated the students in the yard, The Blue Denmark and the many exciting job- and career opportunities the maritime business has to offer. Furthermore, Martin shared his path to his job at Orskov Yard.
The students will also visit Scanel International, VMS Group A/S, Crestwing, MAN Energy Solutions, M.A.R.S, and Flådestation Frederikshavn.
At Orskov Yard we strive to have 10% of our workforce be apprentices, and it is important to us that the students in our hometown know us and the opportunities at our yard.
