Frederikshavn is a little, big town with many fun things to do and experience – all year round. Our town offers everything from beach life in the shade of palm tress to city life with great shopping possibilities. The town for sure has something for everyone. Our history goes back hundreds of years and Fredrikshavn is famous for the legendary naval hero Tordenskiold and numerous violent naval battles just off the coast. Today, we are famous for our welcoming atmosphere, our bustling cultural scene with concerts and events and a busy town centre with many hotels, restaurants and shops.
