Expanding Orskov Yard’s office facilities to support our customers’ activities
We are currently developing 500 square meters of space on the previously unused first floor of a relatively new building in the northern part of our yard, converting it into modern, purpose-built office facilities above our workshop area.
The goal is clear: to ensure that visiting inspectors have access to professional environments that facilitate effective decision-making and close collaboration during their stay at our yard. A key part of the project is the establishment of new, modern meeting facilities, including two meeting rooms that can be combined to form a larger conference space.
In addition to five new inspector offices, we are establishing 16 state-of-the-art workstations for our own staff in a dedicated and separate area.
By bringing these functions together in one building, we strengthen collaboration between teams, make daily tasks easier, and create a professional and comfortable environment for everyone involved.
The new offices are fully equipped with kitchens, locker rooms, and sanitary amenities designed for extended stays and intensive project involvement. This provides customer representatives with a functional, comfortable, and professional workspace closely connected to daily yard operations.
The project is part of our ongoing investments in facilities across our yard alongside new docks, quays, cranes, and workshop upgrades, all aimed at delivering a smooth, efficient, and high-quality experience for our customers.
